This website belongs to Aleric&Co limited, located in London, United Kingdom and by accessing or using our website, you are interacting with us and agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not order from us or use our website.
1- Eligibility
A- To use our website and services, you must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract. If you are under 18, you may only use our website with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian.
2- Ordering and Payment.
A- When you place an order on our website, you are making an offer to purchase the artwork(s) you have selected. We reserve the right to accept or reject your offer. Please note that there may be a delay between our online catalogue and the artwork availability.
B- If your offer is accepted you will receive a confirmation email in a maximum of 3 business days. Please contact us if you do not receive anything after 3 business days.
C- We will refuse any orders from a customer based on previous behaviours, such as ordering and cancelling more than 1 item in a short amount of time or abuse of our return policy.
D- Displayed currencies are for reference purposes only, all orders will be processed in British Pounds, if you wish to pay in euros or American Dollars please select bank transfer as payment method. For other currencies please contact us.
E- We accept bank transfers as a payment method, however, the customer will be responsible for paying all associated bank fees, if any.
F- If you choose to pick up objects in person, cash payments of up to the equivalent of 10,000euros will be accepted.
G- If bank transfer is chosen, payment must be completed within 3 business days after the order is confirmed. If payment is not received within this timeframe, the order will be cancelled.
H- Avoid placing orders if our site has an under maintenance notice as there is a high chance the order will be rejected.
I- Every order has a processing fee of 7%, this fee is already included in the displayed price, and in the case of you returning an item this fee will only be refunded in the case of us misdescribing the item.
J- If you pay online at checkout, we will hold the money until the offer is accepted and it will be refunded in full if it is rejected. Except in the case of the item having a reserved label, the site is under maintenance or you being in knowledge that your order would be rejected, in this case, the processing fees will not be refunded.
K- If you prefer not to place orders through our website, please contact us.
3- Shipping and Delivery
A- If you decide to arrange delivery with a third party, you will need to arrange, pack, send and insurance with them, as we will not be responsible for your object after it have been collected either by your or an authorized person.
B- All orders will be shipped within 1-5 business days of receiving payment.
C- Please ensure that the shipping address provided is correct and complete, as we cannot be responsible for packages that are undeliverable due to an incorrect address.
D- We will ship your artwork(s) to the address provided at the time of ordering. Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping or customs.
E- Delivery times will vary depending on your location. When possible we will provide you with a tracking number for your shipment. If you do not receive your artwork(s) within the estimated delivery time, please contact us immediately.
F- The artworks will be insured by private insurance or the courier/shipping company when possible, only if delivery is independently arrange by us without intervention from you.
G- The purchaser or receiver of goods is responsible for all tariffs, taxes, and other duties imposed by their respective government when receiving the artworks.
H- If you request a personalised shipping quote, you will need to agree to accept the quote, published delivery price, or arrange collection. In case you do not agree to any of the above your order will be cancelled and processing fees will not be refunded. If this behaviour is repeated we will not approve your future orders. Please do not ask for a personalised shipping quote if you're not sure about your purchase, If you have any doubts or special requirements please contact us before ordering.
4- Returns and Refunds
A- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the artwork(s) within 14 days of receipt for a refund, providing the artwork(s) are in the same condition as they were when you received them. The cost of returning the artwork(s)or any other associated costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Except in the case of a misdescription of the item.
B- Every order has a processing fee of 7%, this fee is already included in the displayed price and in the case of you returning the item this fee will only be refunded in the case of us misdescribing the object.
C- If the item has been used and/or damaged we might still accept a return but we will deduct the costs of repairs from the refund, please keep in mind that as our objects are delicate artworks the cost of repairs might be higher or similar to the cost of purchase and repairing them might halve their value. In this case, we won't be able to accept the return.
D- The cost of returning the object(s) is the responsibility of the customer.
E- Refund will only be issued to the original purchaser, using the same method of payment used to purchase the objects, we might agree to use a different payment method if requested.
F- Please contact us before returning any artwork(s).
5- Copyright
A- Sharing the artworks through our provided options is permitted for the purpose of redirecting others to our website only. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution of the artworks is strictly prohibited and may infringe on copyright laws. By using our website, you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of the artists.
B- All artworks on our website are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, copy, or distribute any artwork without the express permission of the copyright holder.
6- Images and measurements
A- Please note that the images displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only and may not precisely reflect the colours or measurements of the final product. The colors of the products may vary due to variations in screens and devices, and all measurements provided are approximate.
7- Authenticity, Age, and Origin
A- We make every effort to provide accurate information about the authenticity, age and origin of the artworks we sell, however, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of this information. Please note that all items are sold "as is" and we do not accept returns or exchanges due to issues with authenticity, age, origin, or artist information. Unless the original purchaser can provide proof that the items are not as described by us. We highly recommend consulting with an expert in the field before making a purchase.
8- Site Members and users
A- You are responsible for the orders placed using your member account or devices. If your account is used without your permission please cancel the order as soon as you become aware.Depending on the circumstances we might or might not refund the processing fee.
B- You agree to use the website in a manner consistent with all applicable laws and regulations and in accordance with these Terms.
C- You will not: Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity. Engage in any form of harassment, hate speech, or other offensive conduct. Transmit any viruses, worms, or any code of a destructive nature.
D-We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the website, without notice, for any reason, including, but not limited to, breach of these Terms.
9- Private Catalogue
A- Our private catalogue is a website section exclusively accessible to customers who have received personal approval from us or have been authorised by an approved member to use their account or devices. If, by any means, you manage to place an order in this section without being an approved member or authorised by one, your order will be declined, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
10- Disclaimer
A- We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date. However, we do not guarantee that the information provided is error-free. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of our website or the information provided on it.
B- The website is provided on an "as-is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, either express or implied, regarding the Website’s reliability, accuracy, or availability.
